My Greatest Works
Here are some of what I would consider my greatest works. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed creating them!
This piece was one of my summer projects for A.P. Literature & Composition. I took three pivotal passages that shared a common theme from Oedipus the King.
This piece was one of my favorites. Our A.P. Lit class had to take on the role of a doctor and "diagnose" a character from the short story, "The Yellow Wallpaper".
This piece was a response to the poem "The Barred Owl". In this work, I analyze, and basically pick apart the poem.
This narrative is personally my favorite. I use many creative techniques that I learned in A.P. Lit to really capture the attention of my readers.
This piece was another one of my summer projects for A.P. Lit. I took more of the creative route in this piece of work by taking the role of a character and making journal entries.
In this project, my partners & I had a claim about One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest & the ten things that supported our claim are found on this Weebly page.
This paper wrapped up our Shakespeare unit. It was our final response paper, & I found different things in The Merchant of Venice and really picked them apart.
Although this was not my best project, I really enjoyed doing the film review for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, because it allowed me to be creative & I had a lot of fun playing around with it.
This piece is actually for another class; it is my Intro to Psychology final paper, but it is one of my favorite projects & AP Lit is the reason why I enjoyed it so much. I was able to be creative while using evidence to back up my psychological claims!
